Desert Oasis OOTD
(Top - Zara, jeans - Zara, slippers - Forever 21, sunglasses - Rayban, hat - Topshop, bag - Matt & Nat, necklace - Maru Jewelry) To take a break from the glitz and glam of Dubai we went to a nearby Emirate, Ras Al-Khaimah for few days to enjoy the beach and the quiet. There's really not much to find there but there are some ruins like this Dhayah fort located in this breathtaking oasis near the boarder of Oman. There was a little guest house with a pool and we bought some local dates. If you haven't tried dates from the Middle East, you're missing out! There's also an abandoned fishing village in Ras Al-Khaimah which I would have loved to see but we had no time. What was meant to be an early start to the day turned into quite a late start and we were there midday so unfortunately it was just far too hot to walk up to the fort.
